This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, store, process, and protect your information when you visit our website, sign in, purchase software licenses, or authenticate our desktop automation applications.

02Information We Collect
We practice data minimization. We only collect the technical information necessary to deliver software licenses, authenticate sessions, and process purchases:
When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we receive your verified email address, full name, profile picture URL, and a unique Firebase User ID. We do not obtain or store your Google account password.
When you connect a desktop bot (e.g. Flow Image Bot via local loopback authentication), our servers store a cryptographically hashed (SHA-256) device token, operating system type, user-assigned or default device label, and last active timestamp. This data is strictly used to enforce the 2-device license concurrency limit. We do NOT access your desktop personal files, screenshots, or local keystrokes.
When you make a purchase, payment processing is handled exclusively by Razorpay. We record the order ID, payment ID, transaction amount, date, and license status. We do NOT collect, store, or have access to your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs.
Standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser user agent strings, API response codes, and timestamps are maintained temporarily for security monitoring, DDOS prevention, and abuse mitigation.

We process your data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:
- To authenticate your identity and administer your INEMPLOYED account.
- To verify bot license validity when a desktop application connects to our verification gateway.
- To monitor active device counts and enable device quota management on your account portal.
- To confirm and fulfill software purchases and deliver digital downloads.
- To respond to technical inquiries, issue alerts, and provide support.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, license tampering, and system abuses.

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data. We engage trustworthy third-party infrastructure providers to run the platform:
Handles OAuth Google authentication and session token signing.
PCI-DSS compliant payment processing for UPI, cards, and banking in India.
Encrypted Postgres storage for user profiles, purchases, and device hashes.

We employ strict technical controls to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of your data:
- All web traffic and API communications are encrypted using HTTPS and TLS 1.3.
- Desktop bot authentication tokens are cryptographically hashed using SHA-256 before storage in database records.
- Zero financial credential retention prevents sensitive payment exposure on our infrastructure.
- Session tokens and cookies are secured with
HttpOnly,Secure, andSameSiteattributes.
06Data Retention and Your Rights
We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to fulfill licensing rights and tax/legal accounting records.
Device Management: You can review, rename, and revoke active desktop bot connections anytime in your Account Dashboard.
Right to Erasure: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and personal profile data by emailing aakash1991malik.megha@gmail.com. Upon receipt, we will purge your personal records within 30 days, retaining only statutory financial records required by Indian tax authorities.

We use strictly necessary first-party session cookies solely for authentication and CSRF security. We do not use third-party behavioral advertising trackers or cross-site behavioral tracking cookies.
08Minors & Children's Privacy
The Service is strictly targeted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe that a minor has provided us with personal information, please notify us immediately for prompt deletion.

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect service updates, security improvements, or regulatory developments.
