Terms & Conditions

Effective: August 11, 2026 · Last updated: August 11, 2026

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to INemployed (the "Site"), operated by FallUp (operator of INemployed) ("INemployed," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using inemployed.work or any related services, APIs, or applications provided by INemployed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Site and its services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (the minimum age required to form a binding legal contract) to register for an account, save a candidate profile, or submit job applications through the Site. By using INemployed, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. INemployed does not knowingly collect data from or permit account creation by individuals under 18 years of age.

3. What INemployed Is (and Isn't)

INemployed is an online job discovery and aggregation platform designed to connect job seekers with open roles across technology, business, creative, and technical disciplines worldwide.

  • INemployed is NOT an Employer: INemployed is strictly a listing platform. We are not an employer, employment agency, or recruitment contractor for any position displayed on the Site, nor are we a party to any contract or employment relationship established between job applicants and listing companies.
  • Listing Accuracy & Auto-Expiry: Job postings listed on INemployed are aggregated from corporate hiring portals and partner sources. To maintain fresh and high-quality listings, job postings on INemployed expire and are purged automatically 7 days after their initial publication on the platform. However, INemployed cannot guarantee real-time availability, accurate compensation bounds, or response times for any listing prior to its expiration.

4. Account Registration & Credentials

  • Account Creation: You may register an account using your email address or through third-party authentication services such as Google Sign-In (managed securely via Firebase Authentication).
  • Security & Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at inemployed.work@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time if we detect fraudulent activity, security breaches, automated abuse, or violations of these Terms.

5. Job Applications

  • Application Submissions: When you apply for a job via INemployed (whether as a registered user or as a guest applicant), we collect and store the information you submit (including your full name, email address, phone number, work experience summary, technical skills, uploaded resume file, and optional cover note).
  • Transmission to Employers: Where technically supported, application materials are delivered or made available to the recruiting team associated with the listing. INemployed does not guarantee that any employer will acknowledge, review, interview, or hire any applicant.
  • Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information, resumes, experience credentials, and contact details you submit are truthful, accurate, and belong to you. Submitting false credentials or applying on behalf of another individual without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

When using INemployed, you agree NOT to:

  1. Use automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or harvesting tools to extract job listings, user profiles, or database content without prior written permission from FallUp.
  2. Submit spam, bulk applications, malicious code, virus-infected attachments, or fraudulent inquiries.
  3. Impersonate any person, business entity, or employer.
  4. Attempt to bypass, compromise, or probe our authentication systems, database security, admin controls, or server infrastructure.
  5. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site's software.
  6. Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of local, national, or international laws.

7. User Content & Resume License

  • Ownership: You retain full ownership of all resumes, cover notes, profile details, and content you upload to INemployed.
  • Limited License: By uploading your resume or profile data, you grant INemployed a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, format, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform (e.g., populating your candidate dashboard, auto-filling job applications, and transmitting applications to listing companies).
  • Content Management: You can review, update, or remove your uploaded resume and profile information at any time via your Candidate Dashboard (/dashboard/resume).

Job listings displayed on INemployed may contain links to external corporate websites, ATS portals, or third-party career sites. INemployed is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, terms, or hiring decisions of any third-party websites. Visiting external links is done at your own risk, and you should review the respective policies of any third-party website you visit.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Platform Ownership: All source code, design elements, visual styling, database architectures, graphics, logos, branding, and original text (including career articles and documentation) on INemployed are the exclusive property of FallUp (operator of INemployed) and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
  • Company Logos & Brands: Company names, trademarks, and logos displayed in connection with job listings belong to their respective corporate owners and are used strictly for identification and informational purposes (nominative fair use).

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE, JOB LISTINGS, ARTICLES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, FALLUP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FALLUP (OPERATOR OF INEMPLOYED), ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ANY JOB LISTING OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FallUp (operator of INemployed), its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any intellectual property or rights of another party.

13. Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Site or your account, and to block future access to the Site, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct detrimental to INemployed or its users.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or platform updates. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of INemployed following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with courts of Haryana having exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Haryana, India.
