You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account, purchase a license, or download and run any software from the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

To access software licenses, downloads, and device management features, you authenticate using Google Sign-In (powered by Firebase Identity). You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at aakash1991malik.megha@gmail.com if you discover or suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.

When you purchase a bot application through the Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and execute that software for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and the applicable payment model.

• Currency & Taxes: All prices for bots and applications listed on the Service are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
• Pricing Models: Specific bots may be offered as a one-time purchase granting a perpetual license to that software version (e.g. Flow Image Bot at ₹299), while other bots or services may be offered as a recurring subscription (billed periodically, e.g. monthly). The applicable model and billing terms are clearly stated on each product page prior to checkout.
• Payment Processor: All transactions are securely routed through Razorpay. We do not process or store sensitive payment credentials such as credit card numbers, CVV codes, net banking passwords, or UPI PINs.
• Subscription Renewal: For subscription-based products, plans automatically renew at the close of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via your account settings.

Given the intangible, irrevocable nature of digital desktop software downloads and instant license activation, purchases are generally non-refundable once license access has been provisioned or the installer has been downloaded, except where mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.

Applications enforce device connection limits per purchased license (for example, a maximum of 2 simultaneous active devices for Flow Image Bot).

You may manage active desktop sessions and remotely log out linked devices at any time from your Account Settings. To prevent orphaned device allocations, desktop instances that remain inactive for extended periods (such as 15 consecutive days) may be automatically decommissioned to free up your device quota.

You agree not to use the Service or any software downloaded through it to:

• Violate any local, national, or international statute, ordinance, or regulation.
• Infringe upon the copyrights, patents, trademarks, or privacy rights of any third party.
• Attempt unauthorized penetration, disruption, denial of service, or extraction of our backend verification APIs.
• Engage in automated abuse or violations of third-party platforms with which the software interacts (for example, Google's Terms of Service).

All materials, software binaries, brand assets, logos, website interfaces, documentation, and underlying proprietary algorithms are owned exclusively by or licensed to Akash / INEMPLOYED and are safeguarded by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants or conveys to you any title, ownership, or equity in the Service, other than the conditional license granted under Section 4.

We reserve the unilateral right to suspend, terminate, or revoke your account access and associated bot licenses without prior notice if we determine that you have breached these Terms, attempted license key cracking or device tampering, engaged in chargeback fraud, or misused our APIs.

You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing usage and requesting account deletion via support.

The Service and all downloadable software are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance. Third-party interface updates may necessitate periodic bot updates.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall Akash, INEMPLOYED, affiliates, or contractors be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages—including loss of profits, data corruption, business interruption, or third-party account actions—arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Our aggregate liability for any and all claims under these Terms shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific software product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India.

You irrevocably agree that the courts possessing jurisdiction over Panipat, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of this agreement.

We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page, with the revised "Last updated" timestamp displayed above. Continued access to the Service following the posting of modifications constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
